Mr. Marques, tell us about yourself

I live in Ivory Coast for a few years now. I am Technical Director within the SIPRA group, and I worked on the project to build a new feed factory in Yamoussoukro 2 years ago. 100% automated and operating under Nutriciel, it has a production capacity of 130,000 tons per year. The peculiarity of our group: our activities range from corn growing to fast food, livestock breeding and slaughterhouses.

Do you plan to build a new factory?

Given the success of our site, we will modernize our second factory located in Abidjan. The specifications will be identical. Our productions are made with a high level of requirement in terms of quality and traceability. I usually compare the traceability of our productions with that of a pharmaceutical factory! Thus, the safety of our consumers is ensured (and our investments). We also want to stay ahead of our competitors.

You have once again work with Actemium?

Indeed, I wish to have a Nutricial standard on our factories. An operator will be able to move from one site to another keeping all its bearings. We will gain in flexibility.

Do you think you are well accompanied by the Actemium team?

Yes quite. Throughout the project, I was in contact with Nicolas the project manager. Programs are tested and validated together upstream. Then, my operators are trained by their team on site, during commissioning. At the slightest problem, we call the hotline that runs 24 hours a day. The team is very available. I give them a rating of 5 out of 5 in reactivity!
